UTICA — It was business as usual for Utica Village Council during Monday’s monthly meeting at Town Hall. Three resolutions were on council’s agenda Monday and all three received unanimous approval.

Passage of Resolution 13-007 approves the 2013 revisions to the Knox County 9-1-1 plan, while Resolution 13-008 authorizes the mayor to enter into a contract with the Licking County Board of Commissioners for reimbursement of legal counsel for indigent defendants.
