MOUNT VERNON — Gov. John R. Kasich announced Monday the approval of assistance for 17 projects set to create 1,993 jobs and retain 2,181 jobs statewide. Everything Computer Related (ECR) was among the new projects approved by the TCA. ECR Internet Services Inc., also doing business as RevLocal in Lewis Center, expects to create 170 full-time positions, generating $5.5 million in additional annual payroll and retaining $1.8 million in existing payroll as a result of the company’s expansion projects in Mount Vernon and Lewis Center.

According to a report, 150 of the jobs will be added to the RevLocal Lewis Center location and 20 jobs will be added at the Mount Vernon headquarters. ECR and RevLocal’s primary line of business is providing internet search marketing. The TCA approved a 45 percent, seven-year Job Creation Tax Credit for this project.
