For quick turnaround, submit your classified ad via the online portal. Deadline for Legals is 3 pm EST on Tuesday. You may also email your [email protected].

Letters to the Editor

• Letters to the Editor submitted for publication must be legible and bear the writer's signature, address, and daytime telephone number for verification.
• Letters must deal with issues and be edited to 400 words. Thank-you letters and letters for declared candidates will not be accepted.
• No Letters will be accepted concerning pending court cases.
• Letter writers are limited to one letter every 30 days.

Birth Announcements

Reports of babies born at hospitals other than Knox Community Hospital must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. If either parent is under the age of 18, the signature of a parent or guardian is necessary for each of the baby’s underage parents. Include:

• Parents’ names
• Address
• Age
• Baby’s sex
• Date of Birth
• Place of Birth
