The 2017 Dan Emmett Music & Arts Festival will be held in the streets of downtown Mount Vernon Aug. 10-13, marking the 30th year for the event.
The Mount Vernon Community Band and the Summer Youth Band, sponsored by Orange Barrel Production Co., will hold a joint end of summer concert on Sunday, at 3 p.m., at the Mount Vernon Developmental Center’s Great Room, 1250 Vernonview Drive, Mount Vernon.
