Cops crash Sowul’s birthday party

Cottage Street was filled with flashing lights and sirens on Saturday afternoon, when a fleet of emergency response vehicles parked along the roadway and firefighters and law enforcement converged on the Sowul home to help Landon Sowul celebrate his 10th birthday.
