KCESC board remains concerned about ECOT issue

The Knox County Educational Service Center on Wednesday again discussed the situation with the Electronic Classroom of Tomorrow private charter school. Although it has been ordered to reimburse the state at least $60 million, it has not yet done so and continues to lodge appeals in court.
