Joshua Morrison/News At noon on Thursday, a Knox County Chamber of Commerce ribbon-cutting was held at the Laurels Outpatient and Rehabilitation Center, 117 Columbus Road, Fredericktown. Located in a former biology room of the old high school, the room features various gym equipment as well as a private room for more one-on-one care. A short proclamation from Congressman Bob Gibbs office was read.
