MOUNT VERNON — The Danville Blue Devils enter football’s second season as the No. 3 team in Division VII, according to The Associated Press.

The final AP poll of the season has the Blue Devils ranked third in the division of the OHSAA’s smallest schools. Danville received a single No. 1 vote.

Norwalk St. Paul is ranked first, followed by Dalton. Crestview is fourth.

Another local team in the playoffs, the Johnstown Johnnies, received votes in Division V but was not ranked.
