Joshua Morrison/News The 31st annual Coats for Kids program kicks off on Sunday. There are 30 collection points set up around Knox County, including Gault’s Plaza Cleaners, which will clean the gently used coats which will be distributed to needy children by Interchurch Social Services and The Salvation Army. According to Jim and Debbie Gault, over 17,000 coats have been collected since the start of the program in 1986.
