Mount Vernon Nazarene University is hosting a screening of the award-winning Sundance documentary “Look & See,” a powerful cinematic portrait of Wendell Berry — farmer, activist, and undoubtedly one of America’s most significant living writers.
A walk-in clinic for flu shots will be open Saturday at the Knox County Health Department, 11660 Upper Gilchrist Road, from 8-11 a.m. Flu shots for adults and children, ages 3 years of age and older will be available at the clinic.
Report of babies born at hospitals other than Knox Community Hospital must
be submitted in writing. Include parents’ names, address, age, baby’s sex, and
date and place of birth. If either parent is under the age of 18, the signature
of a parent or guardian is necessary for each of the baby’s underage parents.
