MOUNT VERNON — Marilyn Ellen Frazee, 82, of Mount Vernon passed away on Sunday, Sept. 10, 2017, at the Country Court Nursing Home.

She was born on Aug. 24, 1935, in Coshocton, Ohio, to the late Benjamin and Lula Conkle. Marilyn enjoyed crossword puzzles, gardening, and cooking. But most of all, she loved the time she spent with her family.

She is survived by her daughter, Trudy (Tracy) Deakins; her grandchildren, Nolan Deakins, Jade Eberhardt and Kiley Eberhardt; her brother, Allen (Jean) Conkle; her sister, Ruth Stingel; and her sister-in-law, Betty Conkle.

In addition to her parents, Marilyn was preceded in death by her first husband, David Thomas Eberhardt; her second husband, Chaney Frazee; her son, Travis Eberhardt; her granddaughter, Brooke Deakins; her sister, Edna Patterson; two brothers, Orin and Bob Conkle; and several nieces and nephews.

There will be no calling hours. The family will observe a private service at a later date.
