MOUNT VERNON — City Council should have a brief meeting Monday, unless additional topics arise, as only three pieces of legislation and the presentation of an award are on the agenda.

Two resolutions are routine. One authorizes the city auditor to make supplemental appropriations and the other authorizes transferring certain funds. The funds involved are $964.61, representing a grant from the Foundation Park Conservancy from the Rastin Challenge. The money will go into the Police Equipment Fund.
