UTICA — Something’s got to give Friday.

Both Fredericktown and Utica have been on the cusp of picking up victories in the first two weeks, but something has gone wrong at the worst time. This Friday, they square off in the Killbuck Savings Bank Game of the Week at Utica, and one of them will finally walk off the field with a smile on their face.

“I think both are very good football teams and both will be very, very hungry for a win,” said Utica coach Ted Londot.

The Redskins (0-2) may feel the most snakebitten of the two teams, as they have led in the second half in games against Centerburg and East Knox. But, the breaks have not gone their way and they ended up falling in both games.
