MOUNT VERNON —The Kokosing Gap Trail will soon have a handicapped parking area that is fully compliant with Americans with Disabilities Act requirements.

Knox County Parks District Director Lori Totman explained that this spring, people who use the bike trail approached them and said the handicapped lot needed to be improved. It only had room for two vehicles.
