GAMBIER — The annual Harcourt Parish rummage sale will be held on Thursday, Aug. 24, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Friday, Aug. 25 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Saturday, Aug. 26 from 9 a.m. to noon.

On Saturday, there will be a bag sale where shoppers can fill a provided bag for a flat rate. All proceeds from the sale will benefit area nonprofit agencies. The majority of items for sale have been donated by students at Kenyon College and include clothing, linens, office supplies, and household goods. There is also a specialty boutique featuring brand name items.

The sale is held at the Gambier Community Center, 115 Meadow Lane. Cash and checks are accepted. The KAT Mount Vernon/Gambier shuttle will make a special stop at the Gambier community center on these dates to help with transportation needs. There is a small fee for this service.
