COTC to stay on course

One of the provisions in the recently passed state budget bill would permit community colleges to apply to offer four-year baccalaureate degrees. The institution would have to demonstrate that the proposed program is necessary to serve a workforce training need.

She was born July 30, 1932, in Mount Vernon, to the late John Ray and Pearl (Litt) Hillier. She loved the time she spent with her family, especially her grandchildren and was also an avid dog and animal lover.
