MOUNT VERNON — A 19-year-old man who has racked up four felony cases in a little more than six months was arraigned Thursday in Knox County Common Pleas Court.

Timothy B. Carper, 19, Mount Vernon, appeared in court on a charge of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. It is the fourth aggravated possession of drugs charge that has been brought against Carper, beginning in December 2016. Carper also was indicted by the grand jury on single counts of aggravated possession of drugs in May and June.
