BELLVILLE — Raelyn Todd is no ordinary 12-year-old. The bright and articulate Bellville resident is a Mansfield Christian Middle School honor student. One would not neccessrily guess that she is a rodeo rider.

Todd, along with her younger sister, Reese, and their parents have horses, goats, pigs, dogs and other animals to care for. Living on a farm that the family moved to from Knox County about a year and a half ago, has been a dream come true for Todd, but also a lot of work. Add on basketball and Knox County 4H to her list of activities and, one might think that was enough. Rodeo, however, has a special attraction for her.
