MOUNT VERNON — On Saturday, from 1-3 p.m. at Walmart by the car wash, 1575 Coshocton Ave., Michael Erow of Millwood is having a computer round-up day in order to collect used computers, flat screens, tablets and laptops from community members.

Following the roundup, Erow will refurbish any collected electronic devices and donate them to children in Knox County through his non-profit organization, Computers For Kids.

As a hobby, Erow has been restoring and donating computers to sick children and children in need since March 18, 2007. To date, he has refurbished and donated a total of 218 computers.
