Computer roundup benefits children

On Saturday, from 1-3 p.m. at Walmart by the car wash, 1575 Coshocton Ave., Michael Erow of Millwood is having a computer round-up day in order to collect used computers, flat screens, tablets and laptops from community members.

Josh Morrison/News Murder suspect Kevin Remillard was taken to Knox Community Hospital in police custody after turning himself in Wednesday at the Mount Vernon Police Department. Remillard is being held without bond on a charge of murder in the death of his cousin, 20-year-old Nick “Remi” Remillard.

The lean, unkempt man walked into the Knox County Public Defender’s office Wednesday a few minutes before 4 p.m. and said he had a legal problem.
