MOUNT VERNON — On Tuesday, Wiggin Street Elementary third-graders joined Opera Columbus cast members on stage at the Memorial Theater for the Youth Enrichment Series performance of “Three Billy Goats Gruff” and entertained fellow third-graders from all around the county.

The child-friendly musical adaptation of the classic tale tells the story of what happens when an after school game of hide-and-seek is ruined for three billy goat friends when a big bully blocks a bridge, preventing them from being able to go home.
