Brown: ACA repeal ‘incredibly stupid’

Barbara Jane Lennington

Barbara Jane Lennington passed away Monday evening, Jan. 9, 2017, in her Mount Vernon home surrounded by family. She was 81.
She was born Nov. 3, 1935, to parents Gillis and Margaret “Marge” (Kelly) DeVinney in Blairsville, Pennsylvania.
