...DAMAGING WINDS POSSIBLE TONIGHT ACROSS MUCH OF NORTHERN OHIO 
AND NORTHWEST PENNSYLVANIA... 
...HIGH WIND WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 2 AM EST WEDNESDAY... 

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CLEVELAND HAS ISSUED A HIGH WIND 
WARNING...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 2 AM EST WEDNESDAY. 

* WINDS...SUSTAINED SOUTHWEST WINDS OF 30 MPH WITH GUSTS AROUND 60 
MPH. 

* TIMING...THE STRONGEST WINDS WILL OCCUR UNTIL 2 AM...THEN WINDS 
WILL BEGIN TO DIMINISH IN THE EARLY MORNING HOURS. 

* IMPACTS...SCATTERED WIND DAMAGE IS EXPECTED. TREES AND POWER 
LINES WILL BE DOWNED. STRUCTURAL DAMAGE IS POSSIBLE. TRAVEL IN 
HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES WILL BE DANGEROUS AS THEY MAY BE BLOWN 
OVER. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... 

A HIGH WIND WARNING IS ISSUED WHEN SUSTAINED WINDS OF 40 MPH OR 
STRONGER IS EXPECTED...WITH GUSTS OF 58 MPH OR MORE. SECURE ALL 
LOOSE PROPERTY. DAMAGE TO TREES...POWER LINES AND PROPERTY IS 
LIKELY.
