HOWARD — Another feature has been added to enhance the experience for those who seek activity on the Kokosing Gap Trail. Those venturing on the trail through Howard will soon have the chance to stop and enjoy a rest at a shelter house at Rotary Park in Howard.

Funds were raised by the Kokosing Gap Trail board of trustees to construct the shelter house who then contracted with Age-Old Restoration & Construction, owned by Israel Schaaf, to build the structure.
