FREDERICKTOWN — The Highland Scots, hanging on to first place in the Mid-Ohio Athletic Conference Blue Division by a thread, put on a last minute scoring surge and managed to escape from Fredericktown High School’s gymnasium with a 45-39 win on Tuesday evening.
